Production
Production of items may take up to two weeks to assemble and ship, depending on the nature of the product ordered. If you have an upcoming event that is time sensitive, please contact us before placing your order and the date your item(s) are required by. We will contact you to see if we can expedite item(s) or if the item(s) would be available in time for your event.

Return & Exchange Policy
We are more than happy to accept returns, cancellations, or exchange on items
Please contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of some items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
Return & Exchange Details
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss.
We will issue a refund, minus shipping fees, on non-custom orders if you contact us within 72 hours of receiving your product and it is returned in its original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds are not offered on custom or personalized orders. If a mistake is made by us on your order, we will issue a new product immediately.
If for some reason your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately, no later than 48 hours after receiving the product, with a photo of the damaged item so we can file a claim and reissue you another item.
